Every interaction was professional and friendly. They were responsive, patient, accommodating, and communicative. They kept an appropriate distance from Board decisions, while advising and coordinating when needed. Some people on the Board would've rather they been more involved, but I liked their hands-off management style. It helped us maintain some self-sufficiency and more awareness of the issues our property was facing (instead of the Board having no idea what was going on, which was the case with our previous property manager). I should clarify that "hands off" doesn't mean they didn't do anything... they just let the Board be the Board and didn't micro-manage. I always valued their advice and expertise, which was always available, accurate, and honest.

Its staff always responds in a prompt manner and works closely with unit owners and the association board. Our condominium was in deep water last year and in urgent need of a reliable and professional property manager, and since Metropolitan took over it has never disappointed us. The online portal provided by the company for owners to use is well designed and easy to use. Our property manager is always patient and helpful, doing his best to take care of the community. And they are not expensive. I definitely recommend this company for owners who need professional assistance!

Professional and responsive. I recently purchased and renovated a property managed by Metropolitan. The property manager was helpful with initial paperwork and bill setup, scheduling contractors and movers, and coordination with the HOA for policies and procedures. They also answered texts and emails after hours when schedules changed, which was appreciated, as moving and renovating can be stressful. Thanks to Metropolitan for the help.

MPM recently took over managing the townhomes in our community. The Board and the residents have been stunned by the administrative division’s attention to detail, the quick rate of response to maintenance requests, and the good, old-fashioned customer service we’ve received from the property manager to the front desk support team. As expected with any transition, there have been some minor hiccups, and MPM, in my opinion, has gone above and beyond to make it right.
The morale in our community used to be low due to maintenance requests not being done timely, poor customer service, and poor quality of repairs. One homeowner said about MPM that he’s never seen so many maintenance guys on the property! Since MPM has started, there’s been a paradigm shift in our community about property managers—there is a good one out there—MPM.

I am the Branch Manager for Russell Landscape Group here in Nashville. We work as a landscaping vendor with Metropolitain. So far working with them has been great!
